ROTHESAY, NB, CANADA, July 11, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Stanford Who's Who welcomes Asha Ramdhanie to the ranks of leading professionals as a result of her remarkable work in the Clothing Industry. As Owner and Operator of Asha's Alterations, as well as throughout her incredible 30 years in the business, Asha has routinely demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.
Established in 2006, Asha's Alterations is a business which specializes in taking garments that do not fit properly and turning them into wearable articles of clothing. Among the items they work on are men's and women's clothing as well as bridal and prom wear. They perform all types of alterations.
Asha's Alterations employs 2 full-time and 1 part-time employees in addition to Ms. Ramdhanie. She was fortunate that she had a strong support team that rallied around to help her get from the beginning idea of owning an alterations shop to actually having a physical store shop from which to operate her business. Once she found a location, her eldest son, his wife and other close friends came and helped her to get the place in working shape.
During her educational career, Asha earned a Liberal Arts degree while studying in Trinidad. In the time away from her busy schedule, she greatly enjoys reading, sewing and exercising.
