I Rescue Rover is dedicated to rescuing dogs and other animals; to loving and caring for them, to providing food, medical care and emergency assistance, to promoting spay and neuter for dogs and cats, to promoting adoption, and to educating people to help in these efforts.
During her educational career, Paula earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the University of Pacific in 1986 and a Bachelor's Degree in the Fine Arts from the California College of Arts in 1997.She is a proud member of the Humane Society and a Pet Network Board Member.
